Cleanses
We are currently making juice every Tuesday and Friday morning, the juice cleanses can be picked up anytime after 10:30 on those days. All orders must be in by noon the previous day in order to ensure we make enough juice.
Juice cleansing enables your body to detoxify more efficiently. Digestion requires a lot of energy and by removing the fiber and drinking only the juice we give our digestive system and organs a 'break'. This frees up energy that can now be used to detoxify, cleanse and heal, while flooding the body with an abundance of nutrients and enzymes.
Juice cleanses have long been used to:

About our cleanses:
- All of our juices are 100% organic with no water added. (Except for 'Restore' which contains spring water as one of the ingredients)
- Other than Alkalize, juices in the cleanse are determined by what's being made that day.
- You can order from 3 levels: GENTLE, MODERATE or COMPLETE. See the typical composition for each day of your cleanse in the infographics below.
- When ordering online (below), please enter specific requests in the Comments field of the order form.

Gentle Cleanse
Each day of your Gentle Cleanse includes 4 juices

This option is perfect for beginners, people making radical changes in diet, or if you still need to meet the demands of a busy life, but still want to encourage cleansing, reset good eating habits and feel spectacular! This one is easily maintained for longer periods of time.
This gentle cleanse consists of 4 juices per day
- Drink one after your morning water
- Drink a hearty protein smoothie or nut milk shake for breakfast
- Drink 2 more juices during the day along with lots of water
- Eat a meal salad for supper. You can add some protein, lentils, legumes, nuts, seeds, avocado, light dressing etc.
- Drink your last juice early in the evening
- Add herbal tea in the evening if you need to warm up or are used to eating late
Try not to eat past 7 pm. This will give your organs a break during the night.
Moderate Cleanse
Each day of your Moderate Cleanse includes 6 juices.

This moderate cleanse eliminates solid food and will go a bit deeper into the cleansing process. You will drink 6 juices per day along with lots of water.
Try adding Vitamineral Green or Tripow (carried in store) to your juices or have warm herbal tea if you feel hungry.

Complete Cleanse
Each day of your Complete Cleanse includes 6 juices.

For the Complete Cleanse follow the same directions as the moderate cleanse, the only difference being you will be drinking 3 straight green juices per day instead of 2. The more green juice you drink the greater the cleansing affect. Prepare by reading our FAQs page.
