  • We have a NO REFUND POLICY for our classes.  We have to give numbers to our teachers for purchasing food and planning but you may give your spot to someone else.
  • You can suggest new classes or request repeats, simply use the form at the bottom of the page.

  • We do have customers that have reactions/allergies to perfume, cologne, etc. So all classes are SCENT FREE.

So, you’ve got kale?... Here’s what to do with it. Everyone finds themselves wanting to get in more greens on the daily but salads just seem so boring. Well, not anymore! We’re making some mean, green meals that are kale-icious! Kale is a nutrient-dense, dark, leafy green that is a rich source of chlorophyll, important for offsetting stress and alkalizing the body. Chlorophyll also cleanses and oxygenates the blood, making it an essential food for the modern world. Who wouldn’t want to get more greens in after hearing that? In this class you will learn how to prepare kale in many delicious and nutritious ways including recipes like:
