Ok!  We've been getting A LOT of questions at the store about how to do a cleanse! 
What kind is best? should I do a parasite cleanse? A juice cleanse?  A Liver Cleanse? A gallbladder cleanse? A heavy metal detox? Can I do them all at once?

It is Spring after all and we are all feeling the desire to eat a bit lighter, move a bit more and do some Spring Cleaning, both inside and out.

So if you are wanting to facilitate your bodies natural desire to detoxify, but in a Safe and effective way that is tailored just for you, there are some things you NEED to know.  We want you to pick the method that is best for you to stregthen your system instead of overburden or add more stress by causing heavy detox symptoms or trying to force too much, too fast! Hello my lovely people!  On-line session of Seasonal Alchemy for Summer will be starting soon! 

What is Seasonal Alchemy On-line? 
Starting on Summer Solstice, you will be emailed a new set of video tutorials every 2 weeks through the whole season (3 months) to discuss strategies, habits, foods and practices that are specific to the Summer season!

Summer is a bit different!  We get so few, truly warm months, here in the northern hemisphere; we need to take advantage of the abundance that is offered!  Rather then hot warming elixirs; you will get video tutorials and recipes for Smoothies, Juices, Elixir Ice creams and Elixir Mylkshakes!

Summer is Heart Season which deals with physically nourishing the heart and circulatory system as well as addressing the emotional wellness component including anxiety. Then we move into digestion near the end of Summer which looks at practices and foods that we can use to aid and improve our digestion.  Summer is the time to strengthen these organ system BEFORE we get to Fall so that we can go into LUNG season with a strong immune system and robust health.
