Are you or someone you know stressed out, sick of being sick, suffering from Allergies, Asthma, Anxiety,
Breathlessness, Bronchitis, Colds and Flu, Fatigue, High Blood Pressure, Headaches, Migraines, Restless
sleep, Snoring or Sleep Apnea………….Maybe it’s time we met.

Lorraine is a Mom of 4 and a grandmother of 13. She has had a
career working in the dental field as an assistant for an Orthodontist
for 35 years. She was diagnosed with cancer at the age of 36 when
health or regaining her health got pushed to the forefront of her life.
During her 14 years gracing the doors of the Tom Baker Cancer
Center in Calgary she started taking courses on alternative health and
eventually dove in with both feet, went back to school full time at the
age of 51 to get the designation of CHN Certified Holistic Nutrition
Consultant with extended nutritional certificates. She continued her
learning with German New Medicine, Reiki Master, Metabolic
Balance and most recently Buteyko Breathing Educator. She is passionate about helping others
understand how they can change their lives, become healthier and have a better quality of life.

BreathWay is about tapping into the body’s natural ability to heal. In todays society our busy lifestyles,
environment, and consumption of non-nutrient foods has made us unhealthy and stresses our bodies.
Sick and stressed out people no longer are breathing correctly. How you are breathing will affect every
cell in the body either positively or negatively. Your breathing is the most potent tool you have that is
readily available to everyone and when correctly done can heighten your overall health - physically,
mentally, emotionally and spiritly. Breathway teaches Buteyko Restorative Breathing Method which
was developed by a medical Doctor, has been scientifically proven to be effective and is measurable.
