Purearth Organics is Red Deer’s 1^st online organic grocery store.

You simply browse the categories and choose the products you would like to purchase. We will put your order together and then you can pick it up or have it delivered (Coming soon).

It's that simple. 

The grouping of individual orders allows us to make large bulk orders directly through wholesalers. This gives us the ability to bring in fresher food at lower prices. We offer a larger selection of products than most stores, and we do all the work for you (sorting and splitting). So if purchasing organic food at more affordable prices is what you’ve been searching for, then Purearth is the place for you.If driving around town searching for the products you want is not your thing, then stop driving and start surfing.

We carry a large selection of products, and if we aren’t currently carrying it, simply ask and we'll try to accommodate you.

Current Schedule

• Saturday Morning (Possibly Friday night)- The new Produce list becomes available on the website. This is all of our fresh food.
• Monday at noon - All orders must be in.  
• Tuesday - Our produce is shipped out. You will receive and email informing you that the extras are now available. The email will contain a link to the website where you can then choose from the extras. Extras can be added to an existing order or a new order can be created.
• Wednesday - open 11am-6pm
• Thursday - The shipment arrives at our warehouse at #12 5579-47^th St, Red Deer, AB.
  All sorting is done and pick up time starts anytime after 2:00 pm and ends at 6:30 pm. We will send an email if there is a delay so please be sure and check your emails that day.
• Friday - Open 11 am - 3:00 pm to sell off extra produce.
• Saturday - The shop will be open from 11am - 3:00 pm.

You can pay when you pick your order up. Cash, cheque, Debit/credit card.  You are not required to order every week, but when you do make an order we ask that the minimum be $25.00. All orders that are not picked up on Thursday may be charged a $20.00 late fee.

The ordering process:

Step 1

Browse through the products by clicking on the products drop down list on the top left.  To select items simply place the quantity you desire and click ADD TO CART. You can change the quantity when viewing the cart contents. When making any changes, remember to always click UPDATE. Please note the unit in which the item is sold, by the pound (lb) or each.

Express Pantry is a timesaver! Simply add items you regularly buy to this list by clicking the icon located to the right of an item. These items will then be listed under the Express Pantry every time you log in, and you can place your order through them.

Step 2

Once you have finished shopping proceed to the CHECKOUT. Enter your contact information the first time you order and create a login with a password. This can also be done anytime/anywhere on the website. This eliminates re-typing all your information each time you order. Keep your password for further reference.

Step 3

You will receive an email confirmation; if you do not, please contact us.

Pick Up Orders

Pick up your order at #12 5579-47^th St. on Thursday after 2 PM until 6:30 pm.
Remember that your order will not be ready before 2 PM.

Weighing

All fresh items that are stated in pounds are not weighed on digital scales so will sometimes be slightly over a pound and sometimes slightly under. We try our best to be as close as possible, but the varied sizing of fruits and vegetables makes it difficult.

Alterations, Omissions & Substitutions

Keep in mind that some items that you order may not be available due to spoilage, low inventory or various other reasons. Prices are subject to change. Substitutions may occur. All invoices will be adjusted accordingly.

Bulk Orders

Any item can be purchased in bulk (by the case). Please inquire via email or in store regarding pricing and case sizes. Some products have bulk discounts available online.

Payment Options

Payment can be made via cash, check,or Credit card/Interac.

Refunds

We make every effort to inspect and verify all products before distribution. It is crucial that you check your order as soon as possible after delivery or pick up (preferably before leaving the store). If you find that any of the items are spoiled or missing, please contact us by e-mail or telephone before noon the day after receiving your order. Please provide invoice number and date of purchase and we will credit your following invoice.

Privacy

We respect your right to privacy. Your registration information is used to help us provide you with personalized service. We will not share or sell your information to any other party.
